K Raheja Corp Launches ‘I-GROW’, an L&D Program to Strengthen Capability Building for Individual Contributors

Mumbai, September 22, 2025 – K Raheja Corp, India’s leading real estate conglomerate, has announced the launch of I-GROW, a flagship learning and development program designed to enhance the effectiveness of Individual Contributors (ICs) across its businesses – Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Malls, and K Raheja Corp Homes.


In its inaugural edition, I-GROW engaged around 200 professionals via multiple batches. Extending into the next financial year, the initiative will reach nearly 300 ICs across the Group’s head offices, regional offices, sales teams, and project sites.


The name I-GROW reflects its philosophy: “I” for individual ownership and “Grow” for continuous development. The program focuses on building foundational workplace behaviours such as effective Time Management, Impactful Communication, Accountability, and Collaboration – capabilities critical to driving both individual and organizational success.

Developed by K Raheja Corp’s Learning & Development team in partnership with Training Sideways, I-GROW combines classroom sessions, reflection-based discussions, workplace application exercises, LinkedIn Learning pathways, etc. After the initial run with external facilitators, the program is now being delivered by the Group’s in-house L&D trainers, ensuring long-term sustainability.
