Founded in 2018 by Dr. Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility has spent the last eight years building a manufacturing-first electric mobility company. While several EV startups have struggled with profitability, OSM has focused on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and scalable manufacturing, positioning itself as one of the few profitable players in India’s commercial EV ecosystem.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen its dealer and service network, accelerate research and development, and scale its electric two-, three-, and four-wheeler portfolio. The company also plans to increase its presence across new domestic and international markets while advancing its upcoming electric light commercial vehicle platform.
Speaking on the successful fundraise, Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, said, “This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution, and long-term strategy. Over the last eight years, we have built a company grounded in manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline. As India’s EV market enters its next phase of growth, we are committed to delivering sustainable mobility solutions while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.”
Backed by the Anglian Omega Group’s 55-year manufacturing legacy, OSM combines engineering expertise with modern EV technology. The company has built a strong product portfolio across cargo and passenger electric three-wheelers, premium electric two-wheelers, and is preparing to launch its next-generation electric light commercial vehicle. Its growing customer base includes Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.
According to the company’s latest financial update, Omega Seiki Mobility reported approximately ₹333 crore in FY26 revenue, achieved ₹7.3 crore in Profit After Tax, and delivered a 7.7% EBITDA margin, making it one of the few EV manufacturers in India to achieve profitability while continuing to scale operations.
An Independent Pre-IPO research report has also highlighted OSM’s strong market position, recognizing its leadership in the electric cargo three-wheeler segment across Delhi and Karnataka while outlining significant growth opportunities as EV adoption accelerates across India.
With commercial EV adoption gaining momentum and investor interest shifting toward companies with proven business fundamentals, Omega Seiki Mobility’s latest funding round reinforces confidence in its manufacturing capabilities, financial discipline, and long-term growth strategy. The company believes this milestone will further strengthen its position as it prepares for the next phase of expansion and its planned IPO journey.
