EQMint View

Nandan Denim’s Q1 FY27 results show a clear divergence between revenue and profitability. Revenue dropped sharply by about 41% YoY, while PAT increased by 32%, helped by the company’s expense profile and lower finance costs.

The company’s ₹4 crore investment for a 6.1% stake in Opera Vayu (Narmada) also puts renewable power procurement on the radar. Investors will be watching whether the company can sustain the improvement in profitability while rebuilding its revenue base in the coming quarters.
