Kellton Tech Solutions has secured the First Prize at the prestigious Securities Market TechSprint 2026, organized by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the theme “Innovation in Action: Shaping Securities Market for Tomorrow.” The announcement was made during the closing ceremony of the Global Fintech Fest at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai.
Selected from an initial pool of 525 participating teams across India, Kellton clinched the top spot with NIYAMA, an agentic compliance platform developed by its AI Centre of Excellence. NIYAMA functions as a compliance compiler that translates complex regulatory circulars into machine-actionable, executable rules. Designed for regulated financial environments, the solution pairs automated breach detection and hash-chained audit trails with mandatory human sign-offs to preserve regulatory accountability.
The victory reinforces Kellton’s digital engineering capabilities across BFSI and RegTech, demonstrating enterprise-grade AI deployment in governance-critical frameworks.
