Lord’s Mark Promoter to Reinvest ₹87 Crore in Medical Devices

Lord’s Mark Industries Limited has disclosed that its promoter, Sachidanand Hariram Upadhyay, plans to reinvest the majority of proceeds from a recent equity sale into the company’s medical device business.

 

The promoter sold 10,356,983 equity shares on September 18, 2026, through a block deal/open market transaction on BSE. The transaction generated net proceeds of ₹87.38 crore, which were credited to the promoter’s bank account.

 

According to the company’s September 24 filing, Upadhyay has proposed to reinvest the majority of the proceeds toward expanding Lord’s Mark Industries’ medical device business. The company operates healthcare and medical device businesses through brands including LordsMed, Lord’s Renal and Lord’s Surgical.

 

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The filing was submitted to BSE under Scrip Code 501261 and signed by Upadhyay, Managing Director.
