What Does Pooja Logistics Do?

Established in 2011 and headquartered in Delhi, Pooja Logistics provides temperature-controlled transportation services across India. Its operations are focused on refrigerated logistics, using reefer vehicles equipped to transport goods that require controlled temperatures.

The company operates an in-house fleet of more than 357 GPS-enabled refrigerated vehicles. Its customer industries include confectionery and bakery products, dairy, quick-service restaurants, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, e-commerce and retail.

The cold-chain segment is particularly dependent on reliable transportation, fleet availability and temperature management. Pooja Logistics’ business model is therefore built around providing dedicated refrigerated transportation capacity to customers across different sectors.

How Will the IPO Funds Be Used?

The Pooja Logistics IPO is entirely a fresh issue, meaning there is no offer-for-sale component in the issue.

The company plans to use a significant portion of the proceeds to purchase additional refrigerated vehicles. The proposed investment is intended to increase fleet capacity and support the expansion of its cold-chain logistics operations.

This makes the use of IPO proceeds directly connected to the company’s operating business. Additional vehicles could allow Pooja Logistics to handle greater transportation capacity, although the eventual impact on revenue and profitability will depend on utilisation, customer demand, operating costs and execution.

The remaining proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes.

Financial Performance

Pooja Logistics has reported growth in both revenue and net profit over the recent fiscal years.

Financial Year Revenue Net Profit
FY24 ₹123.8 crore ₹5.7 crore
FY25 ₹148.8 crore ₹11.0 crore
FY26 ₹165.7 crore ₹12.3 crore

Revenue increased from ₹123.8 crore in FY24 to ₹165.7 crore in FY26, while net profit rose from ₹5.7 crore to ₹12.3 crore during the same period.

The financial trajectory provides investors with a basis to examine the company’s recent operating performance. However, historical growth does not by itself indicate how the business will perform after listing.

Pooja Logistics IPO Timeline

The bidding period for the Pooja Logistics IPO ends on September 25, 2026. Following the close of the issue, allotment is scheduled to be finalised on September 28.

Refund initiation and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are scheduled for September 29. The company’s shares are expected to list on NSE Emerge on September 30, 2026.

Investors considering the issue should verify the final timetable and other details through the relevant exchange and offer documents.

Promoters and Business Expansion

Pooja Logistics is promoted by Deepak Khanna and Anu Khanna, who are expected to continue as controlling promoters following the IPO, although their percentage holding will be diluted after the fresh issue.

The proposed fleet expansion will be an important part of the company’s post-IPO growth plans. For a logistics company, the ability to increase vehicle capacity while maintaining fleet utilisation and operating efficiency can influence future revenue generation.

The company’s focus on refrigerated transportation also exposes it to factors such as fuel costs, maintenance expenses, customer concentration, competition and demand across the industries it serves.

What Investors Should Watch

With the Pooja Logistics IPO closing tomorrow, investors may want to examine the company’s financial performance, issue valuation, proposed use of funds and risks outlined in the offer documents.

The planned purchase of refrigerated vehicles could increase operating capacity, while the company’s recent revenue and profit growth provide context for its expansion plans. At the same time, investors should assess whether the company can maintain vehicle utilisation, control costs and generate adequate returns from the expanded fleet.

The IPO’s SME status also means investors should carefully review the applicable trading and liquidity considerations associated with NSE Emerge-listed companies.
