PC Jeweller Limited has completed the conversion of all 9.72 crore fully convertible warrants allotted to promoter and Managing Director Balram Garg, following the allotment of another 3.64 crore equity shares on September 24, 2026.
The company’s Board allotted 3,63,62,222 equity shares of ₹1 face value each to Garg after receiving ₹49.09 crore, representing 75% of the issue price of ₹18 per warrant. The newly issued shares will rank pari-passu with the company’s existing equity shares.
With this allotment, PC Jeweller’s paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹977.14 crore to ₹980.78 crore, taking the total number of equity shares to 98.08 crore.
The filing shows that Garg had already converted 6.09 crore warrants, while the latest conversion covers the remaining 3.64 crore warrants. Following the conversion, the promoter and promoter group’s holding increased from 38.88% to 39.10%.
