US stock futures moved higher on Friday as Treasury yields eased slightly after a sharp sell-off in the bond market. Futures for the S&P 500 rose 0.3%, while Dow Jones futures gained 0.2% and Nasdaq futures climbed 0.5%.

The moves followed a surge in Treasury yields, with the 10-year yield having crossed 5.20% on Thursday before easing to around 5.18% on Friday. Despite the pullback, borrowing costs remained elevated, with the 10-year yield up about 40 basis points since September.

Investors were also monitoring lower oil prices and developments from the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Market sentiment remained cautious amid inflation concerns, higher government borrowing and geopolitical uncertainty.

Brent crude fell 1.4% to $98.83 a barrel, while US crude declined 1.7% to $92.97.
