Elitecon International Limited (BSE: 539533 | NSE: ELITECON) has submitted clearer copies of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY26 after BSE flagged clarity issues in its earlier September 21 filing.

The company reported a sharp increase in consolidated income, which rose nearly nine-fold to ₹5,084.35 crore in FY26 from ₹551.36 crore a year earlier. Consolidated net profit increased to ₹185.06 crore from ₹69.65 crore.

However, the March quarter showed a sharp reversal. Consolidated income stood at ₹1,881.38 crore, while the company reported a net loss of ₹85.05 crore, compared with a ₹113.57 crore profit in the December quarter.

FMCG emerged as the largest revenue contributor, generating about ₹3,866.89 crore on a consolidated basis, while tobacco contributed around ₹1,217.67 crore.

The company also disclosed several pending regulatory and legal matters involving SEBI, GST authorities, FDA proceedings and an Advik Capital dispute.

Management said it continues to consider the going-concern basis appropriate, while the ultimate outcome of certain regulatory matters remains uncertain.
