Angel One founder, Chairman and Managing Director Dinesh Thakkar has agreed to acquire an entire luxury residential tower at Embassy Terrazza in Mumbai’s Juhu for around ₹711 crore. The G+7 tower spans approximately 63,000 sq ft of RERA carpet area, making the transaction one of India’s largest disclosed single-residential property purchases.
Located on Juhu Tara Road, Embassy Terrazza is a five-tower development spread across more than two acres, with around 50 residences and an estimated gross development value of over ₹3,000 crore. The ₹711-crore transaction works out to roughly ₹1.13 lakh per sq ft based on the reported carpet area.
Thakkar plans to use the property as a family home and has named it “Angelus.” The project is being developed by Embassy Developments under a development management model and is scheduled for completion by December 2031.
