Blue Cloud Softech SpaceX contract has reached its first major billing milestone, with the company raising an invoice worth US$10 million (approximately ₹95 crore) for services delivered in October 2026.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions informed the stock exchanges on November 2 that SpaceX International Ltd formally accepted the October deliverables through a certificate issued on October 30. The invoice was raised on the same date.
The development is part of a US$150 million (approximately ₹1,425 crore) Master Services Agreement executed in August 2026. The contract covers AI infrastructure and data centre solutions worth US$100 million, cybersecurity services worth US$25 million and telecommunications services worth US$25 million.
The programme is scheduled to run over six quarters, with the company stating a minimum quarterly revenue schedule of US$25 million.
Blue Cloud reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore, making the overall contract value approximately 142% of its annual revenue.
Investors will now monitor further service acceptances, quarterly billing milestones and actual payment collections. The company has not disclosed when the October invoice is expected to be paid.
