Mumbai November, 2025 – ACETECH 2025, India’s leading architecture, design, and art exhibition, once again emerged as a dynamic platform for creators blending artistic expression with material innovation. Held at Goregaon, Mumbai, this year’s event spotlighted a new era of art-meets-design, where creators redefined luxury, sustainability, and craftsmanship through bold experiments and meaningful storytelling.
For artists and designers, ACETECH is not just an exhibition — it’s a movement of ideas, bringing together professionals from diverse creative disciplines. The 2025 edition witnessed inspiring installations by renowned creators like Hetal Shukla, Puja Sshah, and Smita Naik of Anvi Lifestyle, each representing a distinct philosophy of contemporary art and design.
Hetal Shukla: A Tribute to Giorgio Armani through Art on Wheels
Among the most striking displays at ACETECH 2025 was the work of artist Hetal Shukla, who transformed the iconic Ambassador car into a canvas of artistic homage. Known for turning automobiles into art forms, Shukla’s annual creations have become a signature attraction at the exhibition.
“This year, I’ve dedicated my work to Giorgio Armani,” said Shukla, reflecting on the legendary designer’s influence. “We lost him two months ago, and my memory of him goes back to 2003 at his retrospective exhibition in London — where I learned he was the first to coin the term ‘greige’.”
‘Greige,’ a blend of grey and beige, was Armani’s way of creating a neutral yet elegant color palette — a tone that represented subtle luxury and timeless sophistication. “Armani worked with that palette throughout his life, defining understated elegance in art, design, and fashion,” Shukla added.
His 2025 creation mirrored this philosophy — the surface of the Ambassador car covered in shades of grey and beige, representing the blend of tones that define ‘greige.’ “The brushes are mixing these colors together to achieve the perfect tone,” he explained, calling it a symbolic tribute to minimalism, balance, and artistic discipline.
Shukla’s work stood as a reminder that design, at its best, is an emotional dialogue — between color, material, and memory.
Puja Sshah: Enamelling the Cosmos — Art Inspired by Infinity
Adding a celestial touch to ACETECH 2025 was artist Puja Sshah, the creative force behind Puja Enamels. Her art form — enamelling on copper metal fused with fiber and other materials — blends traditional technique with modern visual language.
Speaking about her collection, Sshah said, “My specialization is enamel art on copper, which I fuse with different materials to create decorative art and home décor.” Her latest concept, ‘Anant’, drew inspiration from the universe and the infinite.
“Each piece represents a glimpse of the cosmos,” she explained. “When you turn any piece, you’ll see the letter ‘A’ for Anant, symbolizing infinity. These artworks can be rearranged and combined in different ways, giving new meaning every time — just like the endless possibilities of the universe.”
Her display featured luminous room separators and decorative panels that shimmered with vibrant luster — an effect achieved through the high-temperature fusion of enamel on metal. “That’s the beauty of enamelling,” Sshah shared. “It has a timeless shine and luster that stays for generations.”
Her exhibit was both poetic and functional, showing how traditional craftsmanship can seamlessly fit into modern living spaces. With “Anant,” Puja Sshah positioned enamel art not just as a craft, but as an evolving form of cosmic storytelling and sustainable design.
Anvi Lifestyle: Redefining Luxury through Wood, Crystals, and Craftsmanship
From celestial art to grounded luxury, Smita Naik, designer and concept creator at Anvi Lifestyle, presented a stunning intersection of natural materials and high-end design. Her brand, known for combining solid wood with Swarovski crystals and gemstones, brought refined craftsmanship to ACETECH 2025.
“We specialize in solid wood furniture and luxury décor infused with Swarovski crystals,” said Smita. “We’re proud to be official brand partners with Swarovski, and our focus is on creating bespoke pieces for contemporary spaces.”
Anvi Lifestyle’s exhibit featured sculptural furniture pieces, including a bench crafted from a single log of wood, a unique reception table, and bar stools adorned with gemstones. Each design reflected the brand’s philosophy — timeless luxury grounded in natural materials.
“We only deal with luxury furniture,” Smita emphasized. “Our collection is about craftsmanship, precision, and individuality. Every piece is hand-finished and customized to match the aesthetic of modern interiors.”
By merging traditional materials with opulent details, Anvi Lifestyle demonstrated that sustainability and luxury can coexist. The collection captivated visitors with its tactile richness and modern sensibility — proof that thoughtful design can make even everyday furniture feel like art.
ACETECH 2025: A Platform of Innovation and Connection
Together, these artists represented the diverse creative spirit that ACETECH stands for. Whether through recycled materials, handcrafted artistry, or material innovation, each exhibitor demonstrated how design thinking extends beyond aesthetics to purpose and storytelling.
For Hetal Shukla, it was about art as tribute; for Puja Sshah, art as infinity; and for Smita Naik, art as craftsmanship. Each embodied a facet of what makes ACETECH an essential platform — a space where creators, designers, and industries intersect to inspire one another.
As one of Asia’s largest exhibitions for architecture and design, ACETECH continues to foster an ecosystem of collaboration between creativity, sustainability, and technology — reshaping how design influences modern living.
Conclusion: Where Art, Design, and Purpose Converge
ACETECH 2025 once again affirmed that art and design are not separate disciplines — they are interconnected languages shaping the way we live and think. From Shukla’s tribute to Armani’s neutral palette, to Shah’s cosmic enamels, and Naik’s gemstone-laden woodwork, the exhibition captured the beauty of diversity and the power of innovation.
As the lines between art, architecture, and craftsmanship blur, ACETECH remains the creative crucible of India’s design future — celebrating every artist who dares to turn imagination into impact.
