Two Indian companies are expanding into global markets, with Elitecon International entering a South Africa supply framework and Lord’s Mark Industries registering its Renalyx haemodialysis system with the UK’s MHRA.

Elitecon has signed a Product Supply Framework Agreement with South African company World Class 77 for cut blended tobacco, homogenised tobacco, cigarettes and FMCG products. The agreement carries an indicative ceiling of USD 60 million (around ₹574.20 crore) and runs until August 31, 2027. However, Elitecon clarified that the amount is non-binding and does not represent a firm order, minimum purchase commitment or assured revenue.

Meanwhile, Lord’s Mark Industries announced that its Renalyx AI-powered haemodialysis system has been registered with the UK’s Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). The company plans to begin UK exports from January 2027.

The MHRA registration confirms manufacturer and device registration but does not itself constitute UK regulatory approval or certification.
