New Multispecialty Hospital in Panchkula

Primarily catering to the domestic market the hospital will serve patients from Haryana Punjab Himachal Pradesh and the Union Territory of Chandigarh Healthcare demand in the Tricity region has been rising steadily due to population growth and increasing awareness about specialized treatment options. Expansion at Mohali Hospital
The company also approved expanding bed capacity at Grecian Super Speciality Hospital in Mohali along with the new hospital launch.
This hospital is run by RGS Healthcare Limited which is a subsidiary of Park Medi World Limited. It has 350 beds right now and operates at around 73% capacity utilization as of Q3 FY2026.
To meet growing patient demand the company plans to add 150 more beds which will increase the facility’s overall capacity a lot. The expansion will take about 18 months and cost around ₹40 crore funded through internal accruals of the subsidiary.
This will help the hospital provide more high-end medical services especially in specialized fields that need advanced equipment and expert medical teams

The Mohali expansion will particularly focus on strengthening high-acuity specialties such as oncology, neurosciences, gastro sciences, and robotic surgeries.
In addition, the hospital plans to introduce robotic joint replacement procedures, which allow surgeons to perform complex operations with greater precision while reducing recovery time for patients.
