Gurugram Capacity To Reach 750 Beds
With the latest expansion, Park Group’s consolidated bed capacity across Gurugram will increase to 750 beds, enhancing its ability to cater to the region’s growing demand for advanced healthcare services.
The existing Palam Vihar hospital reported:
-
- 225 operational beds
-
- Around 86% occupancy in FY26
-
- Revenue of approximately ₹245 crore in FY26
The high occupancy level reflects strong demand for the hospital’s services and supports the rationale for capacity expansion.
Focus On Super-Speciality Healthcare
The new Park Hospital Platinum facility will focus on strengthening the group’s super-speciality capabilities through investments in high-acuity medical disciplines.
According to the company, the expansion aims to combine advanced clinical care with premium
patient experience, offering tertiary care across a wider range of complex medical conditions.
₹25 Crore Investment Through Internal Accruals
The company plans to invest around ₹25 crore in the expansion project, which will be funded entirely through internal accruals of Umkal Health Care Private Limited.
Funding the project internally reflects the company’s confidence in its operating cash flows while avoiding additional debt for the expansion.
Aggressive Growth Strategy
Park Medi World continues to pursue an ambitious expansion roadmap.
According to the company:
-
- It currently operates 16 hospitals with a combined capacity of 3,960 beds.
-
- Four additional hospitals are under integration.

-
- These projects are expected to add 1,630 beds, taking the group’s total capacity to 5,590 beds by March 2028.
