According to the company’s regulatory filing dated August 24, execution under Statement of Work No. 1 began on the same day, with delivery and billing expected to commence during the current quarter as per the agreed schedule.
The contract covers four technology areas: AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions, giving Blue Cloud Softech a multi-domain international technology programme to execute through its US operations.
$150 Million Contract Spans Four Technology Segments
The first Statement of Work has an aggregate contract value of USD 150 million.
The segment-wise allocation is:
| Business Area | Contract Value |
|---|---|
| AI Infrastructure | USD 70 million |
| Cybersecurity | USD 25 million |
| Telecommunications | USD 25 million |
| Data Centre Solutions | USD 30 million |
| Total | USD 150 million |
The largest component is AI infrastructure at USD 70 million, followed by data centre solutions at USD 30 million. Cybersecurity and telecommunications account for USD 25 million each.
Execution Begins Through US Operations
Blue Cloud Softech said the engagement will be delivered through its US operations, using capabilities across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defence, telecom engineering and data centre construction and operations.
The commencement of services marks a shift from the earlier agreement stage to actual project execution. The company expects delivery and billing to begin from the current quarter in accordance with the agreed execution schedule.
Bhaskar Nallamilli, CEO of Blue Cloud USA, said the programme’s move from signing to execution on schedule reflects the company’s delivery capabilities and strengthens its US platform.
Chairman Says Contract Strengthens International Technology Business
Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech, said the engagement demonstrates the company’s ability to execute large technology programmes spanning multiple domains.
The company said the combination of AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions will support its international expansion and strengthen its position in technology infrastructure services.
Blue Cloud’s Earlier SpaceX Agreement
The latest development follows Blue Cloud Softech’s announcement in July 2026, when its US subsidiary entered into a five-year Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International Ltd, MY.
At that stage, the agreement provided a framework for Blue Cloud USA to deliver AI infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration and AI operations, subject to mutually agreed Statements of Work. Commercial details were not disclosed at the time.
The USD 150 million Statement of Work now provides a defined commercial scope covering four technology areas.
Blue Cloud Softech’s International Expansion
Blue Cloud Softech is headquartered in Hyderabad and has operations across India, the United States, Africa and other international markets.
Its technology portfolio includes AI infrastructure and MLOps, cybersecurity, telecommunications and 5G Fixed Wireless Access, healthcare technology, data centre solutions and public-sector digital platforms.
The company has also been expanding its presence in Africa through digital infrastructure initiatives and partnerships. Its recent projects include engagements connected with Liberia and other West African markets.
The company’s US operations are now expected to play a larger role in delivering international technology programmes, with the SpaceX engagement forming a significant part of that expansion.
What the SpaceX Contract Means for Blue Cloud Softech
The commencement of the USD 150 million programme gives Blue Cloud Softech a defined project pipeline across several high-growth technology segments.
The financial impact will depend on the pace of execution, billing and collection under the agreed schedule. The company has also cautioned that delivery timelines, client payment performance, execution risks and broader economic conditions could affect actual outcomes.
For investors, the key factors to watch will be revenue recognition, execution progress, margins and cash collections as the project moves through its delivery cycle.
Blue Cloud Softech’s Recent NSE Listing
The SpaceX contract comes shortly after Blue Cloud Softech’s equity shares were admitted for trading on the National Stock Exchange’s Main Board from August 17, 2026.
A total of 92.30 crore equity shares of Re. 1 each were admitted to trading under the symbol BLUECLOUDS. The company continues to be listed on the BSE under scrip code 539607.
The NSE listing gives the company access to a wider investor base at a time when it is expanding its technology operations across India, the US and Africa.
Conclusion
Blue Cloud Softech has now moved its SpaceX relationship into the execution phase, with the first Statement of Work valued at USD 150 million.
The programme covers AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions, with delivery and billing expected to begin in the current quarter. Its progress will be closely watched as Blue Cloud Softech seeks to expand its international technology business.
