However, users who want the latest camera hardware, improved battery performance and the full capabilities of Apple’s newest devices may still have reasons to consider upgrading to the iPhone 18 Pro.

The key difference is that iOS 27 can give an existing compatible iPhone a substantial software upgrade, while the iPhone 18 Pro brings changes that depend on new hardware.
