Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607; NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has started delivering a US$15.5 million (around ₹147 crore) AI infrastructure order from IBM Cloud Inc. through its US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc. The fixed-fee contract covers the design, deployment and support of an enterprise AI platform in New Jersey, USA.

The Blue Cloud IBM Cloud AI infrastructure order involves AI and machine-learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning and inference. The project follows a 13-phase implementation plan, with work beginning on 22 September 2026.

Global Impx is currently handling requirement gathering and infrastructure assessment. The project will then move to architecture, GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage, networking, AI/ML platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

The contract will be paid across five milestones, ranging from project kick-off to go-live. Blue Cloud said the order represents about 14.7% of its consolidated FY26 revenue of ₹1,002 crore.

Global Impx became a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cloud in June 2026 and operates within the company’s US AI infrastructure business.
