Hyderabad-based AI-first technology company Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607 | NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has signed a three-party Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Senegal’s Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Affairs and the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB).
The MoU, signed in Dakar on October 6 and announced on October 8, 2026, establishes a framework for cooperation in digital transformation, digital infrastructure and innovation in Senegal.
The partnership aligns with Senegal’s New Deal Technologique, including initiatives such as the Senegal Digital Factory, Data and AI Factory, AI Scaling Hub and Startup Ecosystem programme.
The parties will explore digital products and services, technology transfer, cybersecurity, digital talent development, startup programmes, investment opportunities and public-private partnerships.
The MoU is non-binding and non-exclusive and will remain in effect for three years. Specific projects will require separate agreements under Senegalese law.
