PC Jeweller is attracting investor attention after a reported bulk deal involving Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, associated with Cupid Ltd. According to Trendlyne’s bulk-deal data, Halwasiya purchased 5.10 crore shares at ₹14.43 apiece, taking the transaction value to approximately ₹73.59 crore.
The deal comes as PC Jeweller works to strengthen its financial position and rebuild business momentum. The company has reported repayment of its outstanding bank borrowings, marking a significant shift in its balance sheet and potentially reducing financing costs.
Operational performance has also shown improvement. PC Jeweller reportedly recorded around 28% year-on-year consolidated revenue growth in Q2 FY27 and recovered approximately ₹142 crore in outstanding export receivables.
These developments could support renewed investor interest, but a bulk purchase alone does not establish a strategic partnership or confirm the buyer’s future intentions.
A sustained stock-market re-rating will depend on whether the company can translate revenue growth and lower debt obligations into consistent profits and healthy cash flows. Upcoming financial results will be crucial in assessing the durability of its turnaround.
