Jujhar Logistics Limited (formerly CDG Petchem Limited) reported a 15.3% quarter-on-quarter increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹6.05 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹5.24 crore in Q1 FY27.
Revenue from operations rose 8% to ₹49.11 crore from ₹45.49 crore in the preceding quarter. Total income increased 5.5% to ₹49.30 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) grew 10% to ₹6.38 crore.
For the first half of FY27, the company recorded consolidated revenue from operations of ₹94.60 crore and PAT of ₹11.29 crore. Total income stood at ₹96.04 crore, with PBT at ₹12.18 crore.
The company operates primarily through its 51% subsidiary, Jujhar Logistic & Travels Limited, which provides specialised automobile transportation services to manufacturers including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Kia and Toyota. Its network includes over 400 enclosed vehicle carriers and more than 600 delivery locations.
Jujhar Logistics is targeting 3x business growth through road fleet expansion, strategic acquisitions, new OEM partnerships and regional expansion. It is also developing rail-based automobile transportation as part of its green logistics strategy.
