UK-based bamboo sock brand Bare Kind has officially launched in India through a partnership with House of Kraft, a Delhi-based global multi-brand firm that will oversee the brand’s local operations and marketing. The entry brings Bare Kind’s colorful animal-inspired designs and purpose-led business model to Indian consumers.
Bare Kind’s India collection is made from bamboo, known for its breathable, moisture-wicking, and comfortable properties. The range is available for men, women, and children, covering themes such as Wild & Safari, Ocean & Arctic, Cute & Quirky, and Pet Lovers.
What sets the brand apart is its conservation-focused model. 10% of profits from every pair sold is donated to a charity connected to the animal featured on the sock. Bare Kind has worked with more than 30 wildlife charities globally, supporting conservation initiatives involving endangered species and ecosystems.
The company is also a certified B Corp and states that it maintains carbon-neutral operations across its supply chain through Gold Standard carbon offsets.
Lucy Jeffrey, Founder of Bare Kind, said the presence of animals such as Bengal tigers, rhinos, lions and elephants in India made the market particularly meaningful for the brand. Neha Khanna, Founder of House of Kraft, highlighted the connection between India’s long-standing relationship with wildlife and Bare Kind’s playful yet purposeful products.
The India launch comes as consumers increasingly seek products that combine distinctive design, sustainability and social impact.
Bare Kind is now available in India through barekind.co.in and Amazon.in.
