Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc., has received a US$15.5 million (approximately ₹147 crore) fixed-fee Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc. for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services. The signed Statement of Work was received on September 24, 2026.
The international order covers the design, deployment, configuration, integration, testing and support of an AI infrastructure environment. Work commenced on September 24 and will be executed against five project milestones, followed by a 30-day stabilisation and support period.
According to the company, the project will involve GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI/ML platforms, Kubernetes-based orchestration, security controls, monitoring and disaster recovery. The infrastructure will support AI workloads including model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
The company said the order comes within three months of Global Impx joining the Blue Cloud group.
