Ganesha Ecosphere Q2 FY27 results showed strong revenue growth, with consolidated revenue reaching ₹513 crore, up 21.1% sequentially and 41.2% year-on-year. However, operational disruptions at its Warangal facility affected profitability.
Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹60.7 crore, translating into an 11.8% margin, while profit after tax was ₹28.1 crore. Management attributed lower EBITDA per tonne to inventory constraints and the fire at Warangal.
The company is installing its fifth recycled PET (rPET) granules line, which is expected to become operational by Q4 FY27.
Looking ahead, Ganesha Ecosphere aims to capture 25% of India’s estimated 1-million-tonne rPET market by FY30. It plans to expand capacity to 150,000 tonnes per annum, supported by an investment plan of ₹250-300 crore.
The Warangal facility is also expected to resume operations by Q4 FY27. Its recovery, alongside the new production line, will be important for improving margins and supporting future growth.
