Lord’s Mark Industries’ Global Medtech Ambition

Lord’s Mark Industries founder Sachidanand Upadhyay has featured in TIME Magazine for the third consecutive year, marking another milestone for the Indian company’s growing international ambitions.

According to its November 3, 2026, BSE disclosure, Upadhyay appeared in TIME India’s November edition in a feature titled Built for the World: Sachidanand Upadhyay’s Medtech Bet. The feature carries a company-sponsored content label, meaning its claims should be viewed in that context.

The company is increasingly positioning healthcare technology and advanced manufacturing at the centre of its growth strategy. Its initiatives include an AI-powered dialysis ecosystem through Renalyx Healthcare Systems, the Biomescan gut microbiome analytics platform and a radiation-free, AI-enabled breast cancer screening wearable developed with C-MET.

Lord’s Mark also reports securing MHRA registrations for its dialysis and IVD technologies, alongside US FDA registrations for more than 200 surgical and hygiene products. It has also completed a reported $1 million medtech shipment to the United States.

Beyond healthcare, its plans include indigenous defence technology through Brahmastra and a partnership with ARKALL Holdings to expand healthcare infrastructure across 28 Caribbean countries.

What Lies Ahead

Despite these developments, the company’s international ambitions will depend on commercial execution. Clinical validation of its breast cancer screening technology, conversion of regulatory approvals into recurring revenue and execution of overseas partnerships remain important milestones.

Upadhyay’s third consecutive TIME appearance brings international visibility to the business. However, the long-term measure of success will be whether its Indian-developed technologies can achieve sustainable global adoption.
