The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has launched Market Lens, a homegrown stock screener designed to help investors analyse listed companies using official exchange data.
The platform aims to make stock research simpler by bringing company information and market-related data into a single screening interface. Investors can use different parameters to filter listed companies and identify stocks that match specific research criteria.
Market Lens is built around exchange-sourced information, giving investors access to data directly associated with the NSE ecosystem. The tool is aimed at making market research more accessible while reducing the need to rely on multiple third-party platforms for basic screening.
The launch comes as retail participation in India’s equity markets continues to expand and investors increasingly use digital tools for research and analysis.
However, stock screeners are primarily research tools. Investors should also consider a company’s financial performance, valuation, business outlook, industry conditions and associated risks before making investment decisions.
