PC Jeweller Limited has moved closer to becoming debt-free after repaying its outstanding debt to another consortium bank. In a regulatory filing dated September 23, 2026, the company said it has fully cleared its dues to the 13th of its 14 consortium banks under the Settlement Agreement dated September 30, 2024.
With this repayment, PC Jeweller has now cleared more than 99% of its total outstanding bank debt, with less than 1% remaining. The company stated that all repayments have been completed ahead of their scheduled due dates.
The jewellery retailer expects to clear the remaining obligation within the current month and achieve a fully debt-free position. The disclosure was signed by Vishan Deo, Executive Director (Finance) & CFO, and submitted to both BSE and NSE as part of the company’s ongoing debt-resolution disclosures.
The latest repayment marks another step in PC Jeweller’s efforts to reduce its financial obligations and strengthen its balance sheet.
