June 1, 2026: Rathi Steel Q4 FY26 Results, supported by higher steel demand, operational efficiency and the restart of its TMT bar mill operations.

The company posted FY26 revenue of ₹716.49 crore, registering a strong 41.76% year-on-year growth compared to ₹505.43 crore in FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹28.90 crore, up 18.87%, while net profit rose 39.24% to ₹12.87 crore.
Q4 FY26 performance remained particularly strong. The company reported:
- Revenue of ₹244.57 crore
- EBITDA of ₹9.89 crore
- Profit after tax of ₹7.45 crore
Quarterly PAT nearly doubled with a 95.84% YoY rise, while revenue increased 63.34% compared to the same quarter last year.
The company stated that the restart of its TMT bar mill significantly boosted production volumes and improved overall operational momentum. Rolling mill production reportedly surged 117% YoY during the year.
Rathi Steel also continued focusing on sustainable manufacturing practices. The company received CII GreenPro Certification for its TMT bars and highlighted its energy-efficient direct charging technology aimed at reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
