Promoters of Sindhu Trade Links Limited have reshuffled around 6.48 crore shares, representing 3.51% of the company’s equity, through an off-market inter-se transfer on September 30, 2026.
The disclosures filed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, show that Vir Sen Sindhu increased his holding from 5.87% to 7.73%, while Rudra Sen Sindhu raised his stake from 4.77% to 6.42%.
On the other side, Dev Suman Sindhu reduced his holding from 4.74% to 3.09%, Vrit Pal Sindhu from 6.04% to 5.10%, and Satya Pal Sindhu from 5.48% to 4.56%.
The shares transferred by the three sellers totalled 6,47,51,092, matching the shares acquired by the two promoters. As a result, the combined holding of these five promoter-group members remained unchanged.
The disclosures do not specify the consideration, price or reason for the transfers. The transaction was conducted off-market and was classified as an inter-se transfer among promoter-group members.
