Value 360 Communications has fixed the IPO price band at ₹95 to ₹98 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 1,200 shares, taking the minimum investment requirement above ₹1 lakh for retail participants.

The ₹41.68 crore issue has already started gaining attention across the SME IPO segment. Early market discussions around the company have picked up due to growing interest in media, branding, and digital communication businesses.

According to market trackers, the grey market premium (GMP) is being closely watched ahead of subscription momentum. Street sentiment currently indicates positive early interest, although GMP figures may continue fluctuating until listing day.

Value 360 Communications operates in the public relations and digital communications space, offering services across brand strategy, media management, and corporate communications. The sector itself has expanded rapidly as startups and businesses continue increasing spending on digital visibility.

The IPO comes during a phase where SME issues have consistently attracted aggressive retail participation. Investors are increasingly looking at niche growth businesses beyond traditional manufacturing and finance sectors.

The basis of allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalised on May 7. Refunds and share transfers are likely to begin shortly after, while the company is scheduled to list on May 11.

Market participants will now closely track subscription numbers over the next two days. Strong demand in the retail category could further improve sentiment around the listing expectations.

For investors, however, experts believe the focus should remain on long-term business growth rather than only GMP-driven excitement. In SME IPOs, post-listing volatility often remains high despite strong initial demand.

Still, Value 360 Communications has entered the market at a time when communication-led businesses are becoming increasingly important in India’s digital economy, making this IPO one of the closely watched SME issues this week.
