PC Jeweller Limited has completed a key step in its PC Jeweller debt clearance process after receiving No Objection cum No Dues cum Release Letters from all 14 banks in its consortium.
The company informed the BSE and NSE on September 30, 2026, that the final lender letter was received on the same day. The disclosure relates to the company’s earlier repayment and clearance of outstanding debt under its settlement arrangements with the consortium lenders.
PC Jeweller is listed on the BSE under scrip code 534809 and on the NSE as PCJEWELLER. The disclosure was signed by Vishan Deo, Executive Director (Finance) and CFO.
The receipt of the letters formally documents that all 14 consortium lenders have issued their respective no-dues and release confirmations. The company had been working toward a debt-free position, with its April 2026 business update reporting further reductions in outstanding bank debt.
The latest filing marks the completion of the lender-side documentation for the outstanding consortium debt.
