Eco Recycling Limited has incorporated ERI India Private Limited, a joint venture with US-based Electronic Recyclers International, Inc. (ERI), marking a step forward in its e-waste recycling expansion.

 

According to the update, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the Certificate of Incorporation on October 28, 2026. The new entity has its registered office in Mumbai and an authorised share capital of ₹1 crore, divided into 10 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each.

 

 

Both partners have subscribed to 50,000 equity shares each, investing ₹5 lakh apiece in cash. This establishes equal ownership in the joint venture.

 

 

The partnership is intended to combine Eco Recycling’s experience in India’s e-waste recycling sector with ERI’s expertise in electronics recycling and material recovery. The companies had previously outlined plans for the 50:50 venture as part of their expansion into sustainable technology and resource recovery.

 

 

Eco Recycling shares were quoted at ₹401.60, up 1.93%, according to the supplied market update. The incorporation formalizes the venture, although its eventual financial contribution will depend on execution and business performance.
