NEW DELHI: A series of public disclosures, led by an ex-employee named Jagriti Pandey, has put a sharp spotlight on the internal operations, management practices, and financial accountability of Reel Craft Entertainment LLP and its network of associated influencer marketing entities, including Arambh Influence, Inflorence Media, and previously SKM Digi Marketing Services.
The individual, who joined the organisation to pursue a career in influencer marketing, has publicly shared her experience to caution freshers, content creators, and brands considering professional associations with these firms.
Abrupt Termination and Compensation Disputes
The claimant reports that after receiving initial appreciation for their performance and taking on additional responsibilities, their monthly compensation package was revised from ₹30,000 to ₹45,000.
However, they allege that the termination process lacked industry-standard protocols. According to the individual:
- On May 7, 2026, she received an email indicating that their performance would be placed under observation for the month.
- Just four days later, on May 11, 2026, she was terminated without being provided a structured Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), formal training, or a reasonable window for improvement.
Furthermore, the ex-employee states that although their March salary was processed on April 6, their April compensation remains unpaid. They allege that management initially assured them that the pending April salary would be cleared by May 18, 2026. Since that deadline passed, the timeline has reportedly been repeatedly deferred despite continuous follow-ups.
A Pattern of Corroborating Claims
What began as an individual grievance detailing arbitrary dismissal and withheld compensation has rapidly evolved into a broader collective accountability movement. A growing number of former employees – particularly women professionals – have stepped forward to corroborate accounts of severe workplace misconduct, systemic salary delays, and hostile management practices.
