Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has secured a work order worth approximately ₹207.44 crore from Emerald Haven Life Spaces 3 Private Limited (EHLS3PL) for a residential project in Pallavaram, Chengalpattu, near Chennai.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited on September 18, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the contract, Hazoor Multi Projects will undertake RCC Core & Shell works for the “PTR Phase 2” residential project. The project is located in Pallavaram, Chengalpattu, on the outskirts of Chennai.
Order Value and Timeline
The total value of the work order is approximately ₹207.44 crore, or ₹2,07,44,57,481.
According to the company, the contract is expected to be completed within 30 months from the date of site handover. Site handover is anticipated in November 2026, which would place the expected completion of the project around mid-2029.
The order adds to Hazoor Multi Projects’ contracting business and provides visibility for its construction operations over the coming years.
Deal Structure
Hazoor Multi Projects stated that the work order has been awarded by a domestic entity.
The company also clarified that the transaction does not fall under the provisions governing Related Party Transactions (RPT). According to the regulatory disclosure, no promoter, promoter group member or group company of Hazoor Multi Projects holds any interest in Emerald Haven Life Spaces 3 Private Limited.
The filing was signed by Radheshyam Laxmanrao Mopalwar, Managing Director of Hazoor Multi Projects Limited, who is listed with DIN 02604676.
