Goldman Sachs Sells ₹169 Crore of Eternal Shares

Goldman Sachs sold 53.38 lakh shares of Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, for ₹168.67 crore through a block deal on October 15, 2026. BofA Securities purchased the same number of shares at approximately ₹316 apiece. The transaction follows earlier institutional trades in Eternal and comes as the company faces intensifying competition in quick commerce.

Eternal reported Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹20,211 crore and net profit of ₹92 crore, according to the figures provided. A block deal alone does not establish an investor’s rationale or indicate a change in its long-term outlook.

KFC Replaces Pepsi With Coca-Cola in the US

KFC announced a new beverage partnership with Coca-Cola on October 15, ending its longstanding PepsiCo relationship in the United States. The transition will begin in January 2027, with Coca-Cola products expected across US restaurants by spring 2027. The change is limited to the US market; KFC’s international arrangements are separate.

The switch also puts the future of Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, a drink created exclusively for KFC, in question. Financial terms of the new partnership have not been disclosed.

Cult.fit Receives SEBI’s IPO Observation

Cult.fit received SEBI’s final observation on its draft IPO documents on October 12, moving its proposed public offering forward. The offer reportedly comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹950 crore and an offer for sale of up to 17.86 crore shares.

The company plans to use fresh proceeds for fitness-centre expansion, lease-related payments and debt repayment. Its reported FY26 revenue rose 41.6% to ₹1,720.6 crore, while its net loss narrowed to ₹251.8 crore. The IPO opening date and price band have not been announced.

CtrlS Plans ₹10,000 Crore AI Facility in Bihar

CtrlS Datacenters announced plans to invest ₹10,000 crore in a proposed 150 MW hyperscale AI facility in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The company signed a letter of intent with the state government alongside the inauguration of its ₹400 crore Patna data centre, which currently offers 12 MW of IT load.

The proposed investment could strengthen Bihar’s digital infrastructure and support growing demand for AI computing. However, the project remains at an early stage, with implementation timelines and other key details yet to be disclosed.

Musk’s SpaceX Valuation Forecast Draws Attention

Elon Musk reportedly forecast that SpaceX could reach a valuation of $100 trillion within a decade, an extraordinarily ambitious projection that depends on substantial future growth.

The company’s growth narrative includes Starlink, launch services and AI infrastructure.

However, projections of this scale are speculative and should not be confused with current market value or guaranteed future performance. Investors should assess reported financial results, capital expenditure and execution risks alongside long-term ambitions.
