Lord’s Mark Industries Limited (BSE: 501261) has secured MHRA registration for its IVD portfolio, marking another regulatory milestone for the company’s UK expansion. The company plans to begin commercial sales of its in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products in the UK from December 2026.
Â
The registration, dated September 24, 2026, covers haematological cell analysers, clinical chemistry analysers, buffered sample diluents, and instrument and analyser cleaning agents.
Â
The development follows the company’s recent MHRA registration for its AI-powered Renalyx haemodialysis system, expanding its UK healthcare portfolio from renal-care technology into diagnostics.
Â
Lord’s Mark Industries said the UK will serve as a platform for its broader international expansion, subject to regulatory requirements in individual markets. The company also plans to launch a pathology laboratory in January 2027.
Â
Dr. Sachidanand Upadhyay, MD & CEO of Lord’s Mark Industries, said the IVD registration reflects the company’s broader healthcare ambitions beyond a single product. The company is now looking to combine diagnostic products, laboratory capabilities and healthcare services as part of its international growth strategy.
